Speak to whomever you feel mostcomfortable with –  GPs or our Office/staff Manager will behappy to help.

In the majority of cases,concerns can be resolved quite easily. We operate an in house ‘PracticeComplaints Procedure’. Please contact the Office Manager who will explain it to you.

You can contact Patient Adviceand Liaison Service (PALS), Independent Complaints       Advocacy Service or POhWERwhich can help you with voicing your concerns.
